Service Provision Architecture

Advergo Digital provides high-end engineering, design, and marketing solutions. By engaging our services, you enter into a binding agreement where "The Client" commissions Advergo Digital to execute specific digital milestones. Each project is treated as a unique technical entity governed by these master terms.

Failure to comply with these directives may result in immediate suspension of active development and marketing pipelines without prior notice.

Billing & Transaction Protocols

Precision work requires committed capital. Advergo Digital operates under a strict payment structure to ensure resource allocation.

• Initialization: 50% non-refundable deposit required for all development and branding projects.
• Late Settlements: Invoices exceeding a 7-day grace period will incur a 10% technical maintenance fee.
• Marketing Budgets: Ad spends must be cleared 48 hours before campaign launch.

Proprietary & Code Ownership

Until the final balance is cleared, all source code, design assets, and marketing collateral remain the exclusive intellectual property of Advergo Digital. We hold the right to revoke access to staging servers or live environments in cases of contractual breach.

Post-completion and full payment, a Perpetual License is granted to the client for the specific project assets delivered.
